Talking to a Brick Wall

I recently received a letter from an accountancy firm offering me their wonderful services and explaining how they could make my life so much easier and better and more efficient.
The letter was sent in a normal envelope, on a normal piece of paper with normal fonts and normal content.

In fact the only thing that stood out to me was the sad reality that this same letter had probably been posted out to 100 or maybe 500 other business like ours...

Adopted Westerner Goes Back East!

Hi Everyone,
It's a sad day in the Reckless Office today... Roy, or Zhen Yu Chen as he is officially known, has left Reckless to go back home to China.

Roy had been working with us as a Web Developer for over a year and was a well liked and valued member of the team. He also gave us some regular cheer with his 'Royisms' as we liked to call them. Roy has gone back to China to join his wife and family with a view to making little Roys we hope! ...
