Call Centre Connect - Site Launch

We launched a new website last week, Call Centre Connect and it boasts some excellent bits of functionality, more on that later!

We started working with Rob, Will and the team at Call Centre Connect around 6 months ago when the idea of launching this new start up was being muted around. We were asked to work with CCC due to our 'dynamism, creativity and core technical skills' (their words not ours!) and we were tasked with a full branding, web design, development and marketing project.

Our first job was to sit down with Rob's team to ascertain what the aim was for the company, where they wanted to be in 6/12/18 months. From here we could then plan the project and decide on what their budget should be spent on.

As CCC is mainly web based it was deemed that the branding and website were the most important aspects of the project. After all, there are a LOT of recruitment companies out there so CCC needed to find a way to stand out from the crowd. We decided that we were looking for a 'relaxed' site which had a cartoon aspect to it. These cartoon character illustrations were developed based on real people and would be later used in the online training courses. All of the training courses were illustrated by our in house designers, over 100 slides were designed and the result is fantastic!

Once the feel and branding was sorted we moved on to functionality, of which there is quite a lot... The site has:

- Online training courses
- A jobs board and search facility
- Online user profile pages
- Auto-Matching, Candidate Vs Job Spec
- Auto email alerts
- Online movies
- Administrative control over the site (CMS)
- Auto invoicing
- Much more....

I will blog about some of the more challenging and specific aspects of the project later on in the week and I'm sure Mike and Dan will comment on their contributions to the project.

We are very happy with the outcome of these works and the client is over the moon, they particularly like some of the jQuery touches that we have added to give the site some unique features. We speak with Rob and his team daily and will be developing this website over many months to come, watch this space!
