We are often asked to build web based office systems which help save time and therefore, money. Pretty much all companies are nowhere near as efficient as they could be and quite often technology can be used to help improve these efficiencies.

A recent project involved creating a centralised database and CMS which was used to populate multiple websites. This system is used by administrative staff to cut down the time and confusion when having to manage multiple sites. As a result of commissioning the work the client can now manage 15+ satellite websites (which used to all be bespoke sites) from one location, run all reporting and do all of this with just 1.5 members of staff. This has been a big cost saving to the client and in the current climate these savings are really felt.
