Click Telecom

This new telecommunications company needed a simple way of selling phone numbers online. A bespoke e-commerce solution was required because of the way Click Telecom package their phone numbers.

As a result we have created a system, which allows users to select their phone numbers and then build a call package that is suitable for their business. This bespoke nature means Click can offer a far more tailored service to their clients and allows them to offer an excellent product.

Within the admin area, site administrators are able to run reports against customers, orders, number and call plans. Users can also communicate through the system to keep customers up to date with regard to their order status. Moving forward we will be developing the backend systems further to ensure maximum efficiency.
