Debt Recoveries already had an intricate and complicated paper-based system in place before Reckless New Media was commissioned to create their new system. We worked closely with them for some weeks to try and automated the system as much as possible. Their system has now relieved many of the headache associated with such a complicated work flow and can now work far more efficiently than before.
