It is important that your web site is always reachable by your customers, a web site that is down is the same as a shop that is shut, it will never be able to sell anything. That is why we created the DowntimeAlert system.

We periodically (around once every 15-30 minutes) check your web site to ensure that it is still online. If we find it to be offline then you will be notified by email or via SMS, it's all up to you and completely customisable.

We use a variety of tried and tested methods to check your web sites status. Unlike other services like this one we do not rely on one method, but instead use several methods to ensure you are not sent messages inadvertantly.
