Home Information Packs (HIPs) were made mandatory on 1st August 2007. They are simply a series of documents required to be produced whenever you sell a property on the UK property market.

Our HIP software automates the process of creating HIPs for vendors. The software automatically generates a lot of the documents based on the postcode and other information given by the user, requests are automatically sent out to search agents who can then upload the documents to the HIP online, quickly and easily. Once the HIP has been created notifications are sent to the owner of the HIP and to the website owner (depending on your settings) with details on how to download the HIP.

The above is a quick outline of the softwares process, but it is far more feature-rich than that. Our HIP software can automatically send the finished HIP to a professional printers to be printed and sent to the end client, it can automatically create AVERY labels for the property as well as a comprehensive reporting system so you can measure the success of your business.
